Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 130 g butter
  • 140 g flour
  • 170 g sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • n. B. Chocolate coating
  • Margarine for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and butter together, then let cool slightly. Add the flour to the chocolate mixture. Then, briefly stir in the sugar and eggs. Finally, add a little salt and the baking powder to the batter. Now, either coat the baking frame with margarine or line it with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake for about 20 minutes. Once the brownies have cooled, cover them with melted chocolate coating.
