  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g butter
  • 8 tbsp cocoa
  • 200 g flour, maybe a little less
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • cocoa
  • Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

heavenly moist and gooey: the best brownie recipe I know

Melt the butter. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then add the cocoa. Carefully stir in the melted butter. Add enough flour to make a thick batter (not too runny, not too dry!). Pour everything onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper (preferably a small baking sheet). Make sure the batter is at least 4 centimeters thick. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C for approximately 30 minutes on the middle rack. Don’t overcook the brownies—they’re done when the top third isn’t completely set yet; this is what gives them their gooey texture. For the icing, beat the butter, coconut oil, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the cocoa and Nutella until the desired chocolatey flavor is achieved. Spread onto the cooled cake and cut into pieces of any size.
