Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g nuts, chopped
- 50 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
- 150 g zucchini
- 75 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 3 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- some vanilla
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the chocolate. Wash, trim, and coarsely grate the zucchini. Combine the flour with cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, and sugar. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 26 cm springform pan or a 24 x 24 cm baking pan. Beat the eggs until creamy, stir in the melted butter, then stir in the flour mixture, zucchini, nuts, and chocolate one at a time. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
