Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 rolls for baking
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 2 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated

Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Halve the rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and brush with the garlic oil. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and roughly dice them. Pull the basil off the stems and roughly chop. Drain the tuna and tear it apart a little. Mix everything together with the lemon zest, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove the rolls from the oven and spoon the tomato mixture onto the still-warm rolls and serve immediately. Per serving: 8 g fat, 220 kcal.
