Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some balsamic vinegar (Crema di)
  • 4 ciabatta rolls or 1 baguette
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the ciabatta rolls or 1 baguette in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and onions into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the garlic in a press and crush it. Finally, add a little balsamic vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and spread on the finished bread.
