Ingredients
- 1 kg Fresh tomatoes
- 2 El Bruschetta spice from Ischia 🙂
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped basil
- Baguette slices
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and drain them in a colander. Collect tomato juice for the Salata Italiana 🙂
- Mix with the mixed spice with olive oil and let it steep. Refine with chopped basil.
- Arrange on toasted baguette slices 🙂
