Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 El Bruschetta spice from Ischia 🙂
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chopped basil
  • Baguette slices

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and drain them in a colander. Collect tomato juice for the Salata Italiana 🙂
  • Mix with the mixed spice with olive oil and let it steep. Refine with chopped basil.
  • Arrange on toasted baguette slices 🙂
