Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, ready-made from the refrigerated section
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • n. B. Basil, some stems of it
  • e.g. parsley
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. olive oil
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, prick it several times with a fork, and bake according to the package instructions. In the meantime, wash, halve, deseed, and dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion, and wash, halve, deseed, and finely dice the bell pepper. Wash and chop the basil and parsley. Finely chop the mozzarella and marinate it in a bowl with a little balsamic vinegar. Then stir in all the other ingredients and add salt, pepper, and olive oil (just enough) to taste. Spread everything on the slightly cooled pizza dough and enjoy lukewarm. If you like, you can of course make the pizza dough yourself.
