Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 cup of orange lemonade (small cup, e.g. Fanta)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for waffles from a Brussels waffle iron – super delicious and super airy!

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, adding flour and eggs alternately to the batter. Preheat the waffle iron and bake in batches until golden brown. This makes about 12 delicious and fluffy waffles.
