Budwig-style Quark
The perfect budwig-style quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 cups Lean quark á 500 gr.
- 10 tbsp Linseed oil
- 10 tbsp Milk
- 10 tbsp Herbs to your taste
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh dandelions
- Fresh nettle
- Everything finely cut
- Vegetable salt *
- Put the quark in a bowl and mix well with the milk.
- Mix the linseed oil and everything into a creamy mass and season a little with the salt.
