Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g mayonnaise
  • 60 g ketchup
  • 45 g mustard
  • some Tabasco
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • some garlic, pressed
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Mix the onions, garlic, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard well. Season to taste with Tabasco, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it sit for a few hours, preferably overnight.
