Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g ham, diced
- 2 medium-sized eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and drain well. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms. Add the diced ham and fry until crispy. Peel and slice the eggs. Finely chop the onion and herbs, and toss to make a dressing with 3 tablespoons of oil, the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Divide the lamb’s lettuce and egg slices among 4 plates. Arrange the mushrooms and diced ham on top, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
