Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 12 slice(s) salami (pepper salami)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 gherkins
  • some bacon
  • some mustard
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and slice the onion, quarter the gherkins, and cut the bacon into 12 strips. Spread the cooked ham with mustard, place the salami, onion, gherkins, and bacon on top, and roll up. Secure the sides with toothpicks. Briefly fry the rolls on all sides in a non-stick pan in hot oil until nicely browned. Serve the rolls on a slice of black bread with some cucumber salad.
