Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slices of toast
- 50 ml white wine
- 3 bulb(s)
- 150 g cheese (raclette cheese)
- 150 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- n. B. Pfeffer

Peel the pears, core, and slice. Mix the cream, milk, eggs, and seasonings to make a topping. Drizzle the toast with white wine. Place two slices in a baking dish, then arrange 1/3 of the pear slices over the toast, followed by 1/3 of the cheese and 1/3 of the topping. Repeat this process two more times, finishing with cheese. Bake for 35 minutes in the lower half of the oven at 200°C (400°F). For a spicier twist, you can substitute half of the raclette cheese with spicy mountain cheese or Roquefort.
