Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g paprika sausage (chorizo)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of beans (butter beans, approx. 400 g)
  • 1 can tomato(s), chunky (approx. 400 g)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. water or vegetable broth, if necessary.

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely dice the chorizo, onion, and garlic. Brown the chorizo ​​in a pan. When the fat renders, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Add the drained butter beans and tomatoes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add water or vegetable stock. Serve with fresh bread.
