Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 125 g margarine
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 500 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Cream butter, margarine, sugar, and egg yolk until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients, knead thoroughly, and chill. Cut out cookies using various cookie cutters and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
