Ingredients
 

  • 220 g Low fat quark
  • 180 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Vanilla
  • 26 springform pan
  • 15 g Semi-Fat margarine
  • 30 g Almond leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Sweetness (crystalline)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Then mix the low-fat quark, spelled flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla together and knead into a smooth dough with your hand or a dough hook.
  • Line the cake springform pan with baking paper and add the batter. Spread the dough well on the base with wet hands and make about 15 hollows with your thumb or a wooden spoon handle.
  • Spread the semi-fat margarine over the wells. Then sprinkle the almond leaves over the dough and also distribute over the almonds. Bake on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.
