Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 ½ points vanilla pudding powder
  • 300 g butter
  • 50 g coconut oil

Basic cream for all flavors

Make a vanilla cream with milk, egg, and pudding powder. Add the coconut oil and stir in. Stir the cream frequently to prevent a skin from forming. Alternatively, press the cold vanilla cream through a fine sieve to prevent lumps. Add the softened butter and whip into a fluffy buttercream. For a nut cream, mix in roasted, ground nuts and season with nougat. For a chocolate cream, stir about 100g of chocolate coating into the warm pudding. For a mocha cream, dissolve some instant coffee in warm water and add to taste. You can make buttercream in many other flavors using this basic cream. The buttercream is sufficient for one cake.
