Buttercream for those in a hurry

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter and 1 tub of vanilla pudding from the refrigerated section (500 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The only thing that’s faster is buying ready-made ones.

Tip: For the buttercream to work, the butter and pudding must be at room temperature. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer fitted with a whisk on high speed until smooth, then gradually stir in the pudding a tablespoon at a time. Refrigerate. If the buttercream curdles, melt some butter and slowly whisk it into the cream. Depending on your intended use, you can, of course, choose a different flavor for the pudding.
