Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 200 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and remove the ends (roots). For the dressing, stir together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl (we always use a little more vinegar, so adjust to your taste – but be careful, as the flavor only develops as it steeps). Stir the lamb’s lettuce into the dressing and let it steep for a few minutes before serving.
