Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 500g spaghetti
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghetti with ham, peas and mushrooms

Slice the mushrooms thinly and cut the ham into small pieces. Sauté both in a little olive oil. Add the tomatoes, a few sprigs of parsley, and peas. Cook for about 15 minutes. Remove the parsley, add both types of cream, and season with salt and pepper. Chop the remaining parsley and add it to the sauce while it is still simmering. Mix with the now-cooked spaghetti and serve with Parmesan cheese.
