Buttermilk berry ice cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 200 ml cream, 35% fat
  • 50 g xylitol (sugar substitute) or more if you like it sweeter
  • 140 g blueberries
  • 140 g strawberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Wash the blueberries and remove any stems. Wash the strawberries and remove any green stems. I didn’t wash the raspberries, I just checked to make sure they were all OK. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions.
