Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g flour (type 1050) or finely ground wheat
- 500 g flour (type 1370) or fine rye meal
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 1 pack of yeast
- 250 g sunflower seeds or wheat flour (type 1050)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml water
- Grease for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
enough for 2 loaves of bread
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and prepare a yeast dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for about 3-4 hours. Then pour the dough into two greased loaf pans and let it rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour.
