Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the flour, one cup of sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the eggs, then add the buttermilk and mix everything into a batter. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Mix the desiccated coconut with the remaining two cups of sugar and sprinkle over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately pour the cream over it. Let the cake cool and enjoy.
