Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 50 g bran (oat bran)
- 50 g cornstarch
- some salt
- 4 g baking powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix all ingredients well and spread the batter thinly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The batter is a bit difficult to spread. I use a silicone spatula, but a slightly moistened spoon might also work. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes, then cut the crispbread as desired (I made 8 large slices) and bake for another 20 minutes.
