Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ liter buttermilk (1% fat)
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine buttermilk with lemon juice and sweetener and season to taste. Soften and dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions, then stir into the buttermilk. Chill. Per serving: 7 g protein, 1 g fat, 7 g carbohydrates.
