Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 ml buttermilk
  • 1 ½ tsp liquid sweetener
  • 250 ml juice, vegetable juice (beetroot, carrots, etc.)
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fat out – taste in

Whisk the buttermilk, liquid sweetener, and fruit and vegetable juice thoroughly in a blender or with a whisk. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Per serving: 2 g fat, 7 g protein, 1 BE.
