- 750 ml buttermilk
- 1 ½ tsp liquid sweetener
- 250 ml juice, vegetable juice (beetroot, carrots, etc.)
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions

Whisk the buttermilk, liquid sweetener, and fruit and vegetable juice thoroughly in a blender or with a whisk. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Per serving: 2 g fat, 7 g protein, 1 BE.
