Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cup(s) hazelnuts, ground
- 250 g butter

quick mug cake for one tray
The cup used as a measuring cup holds approximately 200 ml. Whisk the eggs with 2 cups of sugar, flour, buttermilk, baking powder, and vanilla sugar until you have a smooth batter. Grease the baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Mix the ground hazelnuts with the remaining cup of sugar and sprinkle it over the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven) for approximately 30 minutes on the middle shelf. Immediately afterward, melt the butter and pour it over the cake. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
