Buttermilk soup with rice pudding and cinnamon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cups of rice pudding (ready-made product)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat the rice pudding and buttermilk on the stovetop, stirring constantly (do not boil). Serve in soup bowls and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
