Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cups of rice pudding
- 1 cup buttermilk, cold
- 500 g strawberries, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the rice pudding and buttermilk in a bowl. Chop the strawberries. Serve the rice and buttermilk mixture on a soup plate with the strawberries.
