Buttermilk waffles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour, wheat flour type 405
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, beat the butter with the eggs until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it. Mix everything with the buttermilk until a smooth batter forms. Stir the vanilla sugar and sugar into the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the waffle iron, grease it, and bake waffles in batches. This goes very well with fruit salad and cream.
