Buttermilk waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 460 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pack of almond-flavored pudding powder
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with a light almond and orange flavor, makes about 16 waffles

Mix all ingredients well together to form a soft batter, pour portions into a preheated waffle iron, and bake. Tip: These waffles will be nice and crispy if you let them cool on a wire rack. Serve with cherries and whipped cream, or even with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
