Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 ml buttermilk
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
makes about 20 waffles
Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs until fluffy. Sift the flour and baking powder, add a spoonful at a time to the butter and egg mixture, and add the buttermilk until a thin batter forms. Brush the waffle iron with oil and drop a small ladleful of batter into the hot waffle iron. Bake for 4-6 minutes.
