- 500 g white cabbage, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 230 g sour cream
- 100 g Parmesan, finely grated
- 12 slice(s) bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp pepper

A low-carb version of the famous Spaghetti Carbonara
Finely slice the cabbage using a mandoline or cheese slicer. Heat the butter in a large pan. Add the cabbage to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Then add the sour cream and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Fry the bacon separately. Transfer the cabbage to a plate and top with the cooked bacon. Season with pepper.
