Cabbage goulash with minced meat balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 1 kg minced meat, beef and pork mixed
  • broth
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • Oil, for frying
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Chop the cabbage and simmer in a pan for about 10 minutes. Drain well and fry in a pan with plenty of oil for about 35 minutes, until nicely browned. In the meantime, mix the minced meat with the egg and seasoning. Form half of the mixture into small balls and fry them in a pan. Fry the rest of the minced meat in the pan like a Bolognese. Add the garlic. Add the minced meat and meatballs to the cabbage, add water to the pan several times, and then add this to the pan. Simmer everything for about 40 minutes. Thicken and season to taste, if desired.
