Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g white cabbage
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g bacon
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 4 large chili peppers
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock and water
  • Pepper, black, coarse
  • Salt

Cabbage pan in the style of knights, refined with chili

Grate the white cabbage into very thin strips, then cook in a large pot until nice and soft. Then add the onions, sliced ​​lengthwise, and stir well. Once everything is well mixed, add the stock cubes and pour in the water until most of the mixture is covered. Stir the stock until the stock cubes are completely dissolved. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Place the minced meat in a pan with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Mash the meat until it is grainy. Then add the bacon and stir until it is browned. When it is browned, add the meat/bacon to the pot and stir well. Then add the sour cream and stir well again. After a few minutes, add the chilies (amount as required) cut into strips and remove the pot from the heat. Season again with salt and pepper, if desired.
