Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter natural yogurt
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 6 cloves garlic or garlic spice
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Turkish cucumber salad
Mince the garlic cloves using a garlic press. Mix the yogurt with the garlic. Peel and grate the cucumber. Squeeze the juice from the cucumbers and add the grated cucumbers to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
