Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 20 ml Liqueur 43 (Spanish liqueur)
  • 20 ml brandy
  • 1 cup of coffee, strong black
  • Cream (spray cream)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spanish delicacy

First, pour the condensed milk into a 0.25 l glass, then carefully pour in the liqueur and then the brandy. Carefully pour in the black coffee (or espresso) over the back of a teaspoon (this is for aesthetic reasons, so the ingredients don’t mix). Finally, top with whipped cream or frothed milk and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve with a straw.
