Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Coffee powder (espresso)
- 30 g sugar
- 42 g chocolate (extra dark chocolate sticks)
- 700 ml milk
- 4 scoops of ice cream (cappuccino)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare approximately 300 ml of espresso. Sweeten with sugar and let it cool, then refrigerate. Coarsely grate the chocolate. Froth 400 ml of cold milk. Blend the remaining milk, espresso, and ice cream and pour into glasses. Spread the milk foam on top, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve.
