Ingredients
 

  • 5 Eggs
  • 200 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 kg Quark lean
  • 1 packet Vanilla sauce powder
  • 3 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs, then rub the zest from the lemon and add the juice from half of it.
  • Now add semolina, baking powder, quark and pudding powder. Put everything in a springform pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
