Hidden Peppers Low Carb

- 260 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Green pointed pepper
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 1 piece Mushroom
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the mozzarella and champion into small pieces and mix with the chilli powder.
- Stuff some of it into the bell pepper (until it is full).
- Set the rest aside.
- Knead the mince and chives with the egg yolk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Now wrap the peppers with the mince until it can no longer be seen and place in a baking dish. .
- Lightly press in the rest of the mozzarella mixture on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Finished.
