delicious salad according to American recipe

Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash, and divide between two plates. Cut the chicken breast fillet into pieces and fry in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little garlic, if desired. Meanwhile, boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Then arrange the fried chicken breast fillet on the lettuce and fry the ham cubes in the pan. Dice the tomatoes, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs. Then arrange everything as follows: Place the diced tomatoes on the first quarter of the plate, the diced avocado on the second, the diced egg and ham on the third, and the crumbled blue cheese on the fourth. Finally, sprinkle the salad with chives and serve immediately. A yogurt dressing goes best with this.
