Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), cut into strips
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 romaine lettuce (hearts)
  • 4 wraps, XL

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the turkey, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized strips. Fry the meat and onion strips in oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Then season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let the whole thing cool slightly. Peel and halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with lemon juice and chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Trim and wash the romaine lettuce, and cut it crosswise into strips. Heat the wraps (oven/microwave). In the meantime, mix all the ingredients together, season again if necessary, and divide evenly between the wraps. Roll them up and cut them in half diagonally.
