Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 half pears (can)
- 4 slices of toast
- 20 g butter for spreading
- 2 packs of Camembert(s)
- 2 tsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drain the pear halves thoroughly. Toast the bread and spread with butter. Place a pear half on each slice. Cut the Camembert into thin slices and arrange them around the pears in a brick shape. Sprinkle with almonds. Sprinkle the butter in small pieces over the pears. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake until the cheese melts (about 10 minutes). Remove the toast and place half a teaspoon of cranberry jam on each pear. Serve immediately.
