Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g Camembert(s), mature
- 175 g butter
- 125 g onion(s)
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy and mix with the well-crushed Camembert, the finely chopped onions, and the seasonings. Variation: Cut the tops off a green and a red bell pepper and remove the seeds. Fill the bell peppers with the cheese spread and refrigerate for about 2 hours. To serve, slice the bell peppers, arrange them on a platter, and garnish with tomato wedges and lettuce leaves.
