Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 1 pack of Camembert(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- butter
- salt and pepper
- possibly cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread the slices of toast with butter. Slice the Camembert and place it on the toast. Season generously with pepper and a little salt, and sprinkle with cayenne pepper if desired. Slice the onion into thin rings and arrange the rings on the toast. Place butter flakes on top. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F), until the desired browning is achieved.
