Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g flour (wheat flour)
- 150 g margarine

- 450 g milk
- 150 g sugar, coarse (granulated sugar)

Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
sweet rolls, makes about 20 pieces
Make a stable dough from the ingredients (without the granulated sugar and raisins). After letting the dough rest for 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts. Mix the granulated sugar and raisins, if desired, into one part. Now divide both parts into 50g pieces. Then take a piece with the granulated sugar and place a piece of dough without granulated sugar (and raisins) on top and knead the two together for a while. The dough with the granulated sugar should now be surrounded by the one without. Place the dough pieces on a prepared, greased baking sheet and let the dough rise. Make sure the dough pieces do not dry out, so cover with a cloth and also with plastic wrap. After a good rise, brush with egg and cut a line in the middle with a sharp knife. Bake at 190°C for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.
