Candy Fruit Bars
The perfect candy fruit bars recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 sheet White gelatin
- White wine
- 250 g Sour cream
- 250 ml Verpoorten eggnog
- 75 g Edged fruits
- 250 g Raspberries
- Ice cream
- 1 Pc. Kiwi
- 1 Pc. Star fruit
- 1 Pc. Mango
- 1 Pc. Lychee
- 250 g Strawberries
- Soak white gelatin. Warm up some white wine, squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the wine. Mix with sour cream and eggnog. Chop candied fruits and stir in. Pour into an appropriate box form and let it set in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Wash, clean and puree the strawberries and raspberries. Pour through a sieve and pour onto a plate. Briefly dip the loaf pan in hot water, cut the Verpoorten jelly into slices and place on the berry puree. Then put a scoop of ice cream on top. Garnish with fresh exotic fruits.
