Cappuccino – muffin in the cup

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 120 g margarine, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs, whole
  • 160 g flour
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 cl rum
  • 6 bars of chocolate (good mocha chocolate)
  • 150 ml cream
  • coffee powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with a liquid mocha chocolate core, enjoy lukewarm, every spoonful is a delight

Place 8 paper baking cups into the cups. Briefly mix margarine, cocoa, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and rum in a bowl until smooth. Fill the cups about 3/4 full with batter. Press two mocha chocolate bars into the center. Then bake at 160°C for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with a dollop of cream and coffee powder. SUMMARY: Dreamy…mellow…
