Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 g ground almonds or hazelnuts

Chocolate delight
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Melt the butter and chocolate. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy, then add the chocolate butter, flour, and almonds. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a greased round baking pan (approx. 22 cm in diameter). Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes. The cake will be hot but still runny inside! Dust with cocoa powder and dust the edges with powdered sugar.
