Melt 200g of sugar in a pan over medium heat without stirring. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Oil a wooden spoon and lay out a sheet of baking paper. Place the spoon on the paper so that the handle rests against the pan. Use a fork to pull the melted sugar over the handle into threads.
